Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 5DO (5th Density Oscillator, the "Service") operated by SPINIT ("we", "us").

Article 2. Service Description

5DO is a wellness and sound-healing platform offering:

• Frequency healing track library
• Frequency generator
• Soul Code (AI soul analysis)
• Daily Resonance report
• Guided meditation and CE5 Protocol
• Visual Therapy
• PEMF (Quantum Torus X) resonance-optimized output

Article 3. Account

• You must be at least 14 years old to register an account.
• Impersonation or false information is prohibited.
• We may refuse registration or restrict accounts for legitimate reasons.

Article 4. Paid Service & Billing

Plans

• Free: 3 sampler categories and limited features
• Pro: Full access — 9,900 KRW / month or 99,000 KRW / year (early-bird 30% off: 6,900 KRW / 69,000 KRW)
• Between April 15–30, 2026, all logged-in users enjoy full features during the free trial period.

Payment methods

Recurring credit card, KakaoPay, NaverPay, and TossPay via Toss Payments.

Refunds

• Full refund within 7 days of subscription start if no content has been consumed.
• Beyond that, refunds are not generally available, except in cases of material service errors or outages.

Cancellation

• You may cancel anytime from Profile → Subscription.
• After cancellation, Pro features remain active through the end of your current billing period.
• Recurring billing stops at the next cycle.

Article 5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate others or submit false information
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate abuse of the Service
• Copy, redistribute, or modify audio, images, code, or text without permission
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law or public morals

Article 6. Intellectual Property

• All audio, images, code, and text on 5DO are owned by us or by their respective rights holders.
• Use is licensed for personal, non-commercial purposes only; commercial use and redistribution are prohibited.
• You retain ownership of data you create (Soul Code results, playlists, favorites, etc.).

Article 8. Service Changes & Downtime

• We may change features, pricing, or availability at any time; material changes will be announced in advance.
• The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or regulatory changes.

Article 9. Termination & Restriction

• We may restrict or delete accounts that materially violate these Terms.
• We will give prior notice where practicable; urgent cases may be handled with after-the-fact notice.

Article 10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure or by user negligence/fault.
• We are not liable for decisions made based on Soul Code analyses or frequency track listening.
• Damages arising from outages of free-tier service are generally disclaimed.

Article 11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• The Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of first instance.
• Consumers may also bring actions in their place-of-residence court under the Framework Act on Consumers.

Article 12. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms to reflect legal or service changes.
• Material changes will be announced 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).
• Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
